Student Athlete of the Week: Dylan Daniels

Frederick K.C. Price school senior guard Dylan Daniels is proud to be a member of a winning team. The Price Knights boys basketball team has a 13-4 overall record and a 3-1 harbor league record. Daniels mentioned how the team has good chemistry on and off the field.

Student Athlete of the Week: Michael Wilson

Senior wide receiver Michael Wilson is one of the co-captains of the Stanford football team. At the start of the season, Wilson was placed on the Biletnikoff award watchlist. The Biletnikoff award is given annually to the most outstanding receiver in college football.

Student Athlete of the Week: Dorian Thompson-Robinson

UCLA senior quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson led the Bruins into national ranking after defeating LSU on September 4. He has made at least 50 percent of his passes in their first three games this season and has seven passing touchdowns as of September 21.

Student Athlete of the Week: Xavier Starnes

Xavier Starnes prides himself on being a student of the game and a defensive-minded basketball player. He leans on having a strong work ethic so his game will standout more than his 5’9” frame. Before he goes to bed, Starnes watches film. He currently studies NBA champion forward Giannis Antetokounmpo and his teammate Jrue Holiday along with Phoenix Suns guard Chris Paul. A play he would like to mimic is Holiday’s lob to Antetokounmpo during the final seconds of game five of the NBA Finals. “I want to be the one to throw the lob to somebody like that,” Starnes
