“Red Notice” was the most-watched English-language film for the second time in the two weeks it has streamed on Netflix, according to figures released by the streaming service today. Viewers spent 129.11 million hours watching the action comedy starring Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot between Nov. 15 and Sunday.
