Inglewood junior Tamaya Hemphill is always willing to try new things and it has led her to many opportunities. She is a cheerleader who competes in track and field but decided to try Cross Country and girl’s flag football.
Morningside junior Amaya Givens uses her gladdening attitude and her passion to help others on the cheerleading squad and beyond. Joining the team helped develop methods to juggle her schooling and her other extracurricular activities.
This time of the year is hectic for Morningside senior Morgan Redford. While she is a member of the cheerleading squad, she competes on the school volleyball team. Later this month, basketball games will begin, and Redford will start her fourth varsity season with the Monarchs girls basketball team.
