Three people were wounded when an argument led to a shooting in the Vermont Knolls area of South Los Angeles, authorities said today.  The shooting was reported at 4:18 p.m. Sunday at 830 W. 77th St., according to Officer A. Delatorre of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.

A 17-year-old boy was taken to a hospital by paramedics in critical condition, Delatorre said. An 18-year-old man was hospitalized with stable vital signs and an 18-year-old woman was treated for her wounds at the scene, he said.  A description of the shooting suspect was not available, Delatorre said.
