A man was wounded in a shooting near Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles, authorities said today. The shooting was reported at 9:26 p.m. Sunday at Sixth and Olive streets, according to a dispatcher in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The 25-year-old man was taken by paramedics to a hospital, where his vital signs were stable, she said. The victim was not cooperating with investigators, so no suspect information was available, she said.
