God is speaking “all the time!” The profession of the refiner is alluded to in several scriptures for example: Ps. 66:10; Is. 48:10; Ezek. 22:17-22; Zech. 13:9; Mal. 3:2) God is examining and purifying His people and giving notice to those who don’t know God and His power and authority, but also those who may think they know a little about Him. The refiner’s fire is symbolic of the fire of God’s testing: Matt. 3:10-12; 1 Cor. 3:13-15 (13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.” and 1 Pet. 1:6-7. You don’t have to wait to know that God is sending out messages incessantly, that is “all the time!” The questions are for the purpose of this article, “What is He saying? Why is He saying what He is saying and “Who is listening?” What are we going to do about it?” “Are we being proactive? Are we expecting others to be responsive to His concerns and “Don’t Involve Me I’m too busy!” There are other questions, but let’s be bold enough to take a peek into His Mind! The diviner is about, magic, sorcery, attempts to contact the dead, clairvoyance, star reading and more. All these are condemned in scripture. Why? Because it’s believing that God doesn’t have a plan and that one can can put anything above God’s supremacy! In ancient times there were diviners collaborating with with evil spirits. Some thought they can predict the future and also tell you what to do and how to live your life. Diviners may not be easily recognized or pointed out now. Names may be changed to conceal and deceive so that you may not be aware that this deceptive activity is occurring “all the time” in the invisible realm, but by discernment you can recognize things happening which may be resulting from lower spiritual realm of the occult right in front of your eyes! God is opening our eyes to protect ourselves by the power of Jesus Christ to not fall into these dark sink holes. Many scriptures reference the activities of those rooted in the occult. The refiner is purifying and calling to our attention His activities and what he wants us to do. Are we proactively seeking the Lord and what he is requiring of us? Or are we just listening to the clanging of the noise of society and doing those things which are not rooted in God’s righteous plan? Whatever profession we are in, do we just go along and commit ungodly acts even though we know they are morally against God? God is really concerned and proactive about those who support (through whatever means) those who condone very wrong acts. The killing of the innocents is a “big problem” with God. I mean “a big problem!” I may have gotten off base here, but doesn’t the coronavirus speak volumes to us that God has allowed this dreadful disease to come to our doors? Isn’t it noteworthy that a war we started in Afghanistan and now which we fled, leaving behind billions of dollars of weapons which most likely will come back for our destruction? Isn’t that noteworthy? There is so much happening; but we must stay focused and hold on to our faith. Almighty God is in charge! His love constrains us that we may see His driving motive is to bring out those who need salvation and seek Him. Seek first His kingdom and seek only His kingdom and all other things will be added to us. Do not be faint or disbelieving. God is at hand. He is the seeker. He knows everyone by name.
