On Saturday, October 5, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Audubon Middle School and Gifted Magnet will celebrate 90 years of educating students in the Leimert Park and surrounding communities with celebrity Audubon alumni such as Brandon Mebane of the L.A. Chargers, L.A. Councilman Curren Price, Arron Arnell “Bobo” Johnson of KJLH radio and more.
This celebration will include former Audubon principals, teachers and staff members as well as a live deejay, performances by Fernando Pullum and Krystal Smith of the L.A. Limited Addition Drumline, along with food trucks, vendors, a photo booth, jumpers, raffles and more.

Over the years, thousands of students have attended Audubon Middle School and Gifted Magnet and went on to become successful individuals. Audubon alumni are invited to attend and reunite with former classmates, purchase yearbooks, celebrate alumni achievements and say “thank you” to their former teachers, who have made an impact in their lives.
