Power of Love Ministries Plans 24th Annual Community Day

The 24th Annual Community Day, a free massive food, clothing and social awareness event commemorating the Martin Luther King Jr. national holiday, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 1430 W. Manchester Ave. in Los Angeles from 9a.m. to 4p.m. Presented by The Power of Love Ministries, Community Day is held in the spirit of Dr. King’s calling for a day of service, and Community Day has been responsible for providing tens of thousands of residents with free groceries, clothing, job fair, literacy awareness, free health screenings for more than two decades. Bishop Edward Turner created Community Day with
