Young Black Man Found Hanging from a Tree in Front Palmdale City Hall

A 24-year African American man was found hung in Palmdale; recent reports identified the individual as Robert Fuller. He was found by a pedestrian walking near Palmdale City Hall around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10.
