Crenshaw Has Six-Game Winning Streak After Win Against Washington Prep

The Crenshaw boys basketball team won a crucial game against the Washington Prep Generals 75-67. The Cougars now have a 23-2 overall record and an 8-1 Coliseum League record. Student Athlete of the Week: LeTroy Pruitt Jr

LeTroy Pruitt Jr. was excited to be able to compete during his senior year after the pandemic ruined his chances of competing as a junior. This was his first year playing for the Los Angeles Romans football team, he played offensive right guard and defensive nose tackle.

Student Athlete of the Week: Malike Simpson

Los Angeles High school junior, Malike Simpson is a key contributor for the football team. In their 44-0 win over Roybal on Friday, he made nine rushes for 119 yards and two touchdowns along with four catches for 104 yards. His efforts earned him Maxpreps Offensive Player of the Game honors.
