Krystle Evans Makes an Impact as a College Basketball Coach

Krystle Evans rose from being a high-achieving student athlete to becoming an impactful administrator and coach for college athletic programs. Evans recently led the Academy of  Art University women’s basketball team to the PacWest title game and the Division II NCAA tournament.


Springtime is a season when thoughts turn toward warmer weather, new beginnings, and budding opportunities. Such is the case for freshman and transfer applicants to colleges and universities around the state and country, as both groups wait on that hoped-for letter of admission and consider which opportunity they will accept among the options they have been provided. California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), one of 23 campuses in the California State University system, has extended offers to its Fall 2020 class and is now awaiting students’ decisions to enroll. Cal State Dominguez Hills, L.A. Harbor College Partner with Port of Los Angeles for Global Logistics Program

California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), Los Angeles Harbor College (LAHC), and the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Aug. 10 at the port that provides the framework for creating refined global logistics curricula at both campuses, and lecture and internship opportunities that will help prepare students for new and emerging trends in port logistics.
