The Rams Fall to Raiders in Week 2 of NFL Preseason

The Los Angeles Rams lost their second preseason game against the Las Vegas Raiders at SoFi Stadium on Saturday, 34-17. Rams starting quarterback Matthew Stafford and star defensive tackle Aaron Donald did not see preseason action. Wide receiver Cooper Kupp remained out with a hamstring injury.

West LA Track and Field Contends in State Finals

The West Los Angeles College (WLAC) Wildcats men’s and women’s track and field teams had a successful season. The women’s 4x400m squad won the State Title. The entire women’s team won and the men’s team came in second in the 2023 Western States Conference (WSC) Championships.

Local Varsity Football Teams Find Command Ground in Rams’ Locker Room

For the sixth consecutive season, the Los Angeles Rams teamed up with RISE, a national nonprofit that educates and empowers the sports community, to eliminate racial discrimination, champion social justice, and improve race relations, for a leadership and community-building program and panel discussion that welcomed local Dorsey High School and Lincoln High School’s varsity football teams.  According to the Rams, this year’s initiative will include five sessions for the varsity football players from the two schools.
