Candice Russell, the TreePeople Environmental Education Director and CREEC Coordinator for L.A. County, leads a session on the stewardship project during the first of the three session Environmental Education Foundation held downtown co-sponsored by LADWP, MWD, CA Dept. of Water Resources and CA Environmental Education Foundation. This first session was held at LADWP’s downtown headquarters.
