The Oakland Radiers are looking for a new stadium, and Downtown Los Angeles is one site that they are considering.

Comments from the Los Angeles Sentinel Sports Section, The Los Angeles Sentinel, and the Taste of Soul L.A. facebook pages.

The Clippers knocked off the Lakers.  Are they officially the better team now?

Suga Rae Faye
This concept disturbs me :o/

Steve Blackman
The Clippers need to hang a championship banner in the rafter at Staple Center first.

Breeana Bell
Don’t get blocked talking that non sense 0_o

Michelle Edwards
Boo!! Let’s go Lakers

Daphne Thomas
Yeahhhh…likin’ this new freshness in LA…sick of da Lakers…lol

Dennis L. Neal
The Clippers are definitely a better team right now, so we have to give credit where it’s due.

Cathy Hammond Williams

Forest Bell
Hell Naw!!!!

AllBiz SumPlay
Two Pre Season Losses, 1 Regular Season Loss. 1 More Match On The 25th… If The Lakers Loose AGAIN To The Clippers That’s 4 Straight. Which Means This [[2012 Season]] The Clippers Are A Better Team Than The Lakers [[In Their Head To Head Competition]]

Marisa Pitts
REALLY!!!! I agree with STEVE…first lets get a championship…then we can talk!

Rhonda Mcgough Walker
Yes they are

Tiffany Marie
No…no….no..LAKERS all day everyday…Lakers are the best California team we have…winning or losing.

Jamie Kizzee

No, they need more WINs & Championships for that TITLE!

UCLA defeats USC in men’s basketball

Los Angeles Sentinel Sports Section
UCLA defeating USC by 19 points in basketball tonight just does not seem the same as USC defeating UCLA in football by 50 points! It will take a lot for UCLA to make up for that one.

Dee Prods
It’s still how it should be. SC Football. UCLA B-Ball.

Jason Douglas Lewis
UCLA blowing out USC in basketball tonight doesn’t make me get over getting blown out by 50 in football. Yeah, I’m still mad at that one.

Kathryn Richell Murray
I 2nd that

Pierre Campbell
You can have bball, you’re expected to be good in that.

Primera Mujer
Yeah…that was pretty bad. Well…what can we say? FIGHT ON!!!

Mayweather is ready to fight Pacquiao, but promoter Bob Arum appears to hold on the cards.

Rudo Yera
Pacquiao needs to match up with Usain Bolt… since he likes to RUN so much!!!

Jason Douglas Lewis
At one time it looked like Mayweather was trying to avoid this fight, but now it looks like Pacquiao is. This fight needs to happen this year.

The Oakland Raiders said that they have been in talks with Los Angeles stadium groups to possibly move the team back to this area. Would you be in favor of this? Why or why not?

Howard Perry
Love the LA Raiders!

Andrew Moore
Hell nah! Stay up there!

Jassonn Williams
I am in favor of the Raiders returning as a fan but the real issue will be the LA City Council, the Mayor and Tax payers who have hamstrung the Raiders in the past with promises of upgrades to the Coliseum, which never happened while other cities got new stadiums and or LA Council people like Mark Ridley Thomas blocking deals which would have a team in LA County but NOT LA CITY as he did when Magic Johnson and Eli Broad tried to have a stadium in the Carson area eventually Home Depot Center.

Sharon Wright
I would love them to come back to Southern California. We need a team and I don’t want the Chargers. There will be a new stadium built for any team that comes to Los Angeles; they will not be moving into the Coliseum.

Sherie LuvSunflowers
Hell No…let’s start fresh!

Jason Douglas Lewis
I don’t think it will happen in Downtown, mostly because of the crowd that the Raiders attract. I don’t see AEG spending a billion dollars to have a Raiders crowd at LA Live 10 times a year. And those businesses wouldn’t want that.

Rodney Jackson
Nope. The Raiders have been there once and LA needs to get their original team and stop bringing other cities trash to the crib 🙂

Dennis L. Neal
Hell NO. The Raiders belong in Oakland and this is coming from a lifelong fan. Mark Ridley Thomas and the rest of those half-wits on the L.A. City Council have blocked every new stadium deal trying to force new teams into that 100,000 seat toilet called the Coliseum. L.A. Needs any team NOT named the Raiders or the Chargers

Joyce B Jordan
HELL YEA “Go Raider”
