Brown Named Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year

Kimberly Brown was recently named the Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year by – NAIOP So Cal and CREW LA, two leading industry organizations. Brown was acknowledged for her defining leadership as president of the African American Real Estate Professionals – LA Chapter where she led efforts to successfully connect commercial real estate and the Black community. 

L.A. County’s Celebrates National Small Business Week and Beyond

New Study Reveals Woeful Lack of Diversity Across News Beats 

A new Pew study looks at diversity across news beats in the US. The data comes from a 2022 survey of 12,000 journalists and finds that, like the newsrooms they work in, an overwhelming majority of the reporters covering major beats in the country are white and male.
