Kimberly Brown was recently named the Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year by – NAIOP So Cal and CREW LA, two leading industry organizations. Brown was acknowledged for her defining leadership as president of the African American Real Estate Professionals – LA Chapter where she led efforts to successfully connect commercial real estate and the Black community.  Also, she was cited for her impact in the commercial real estate industry, her contributions outside of real estate, and the value that she brings to her clients, co-workers and company.

“I am deeply humbled to be recognized for this work as a catalyst by these two leading industry organizations.  What an honor to be selected from a powerhouse slate of some of the industry’s most influential women,” said Brown.

Brown’s career spans more than 30 years in the commercial real estate industry including experience in the office, industrial, retail and multifamily sectors.  Using her extensive skills, she has expedited delivery of services for institutions, private equity investors and global occupiers in the areas of brokerage, investment sales and asset services.

She also brings 20 years of experience in the Supplier Diversity space with an inclusive pipeline to MBEs, BIPOC developers, emerging managers, capital placement agents and investment partners.
