Tonight, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (CA-43) will appear as a guest on the Showtime series “Desus & Mero” at 11pm ET/8pm PT.
Congresswoman Waters gave the hosts behind-the-scenes access to the inner workings of Congress and her historic leadership as the first woman and first African American Chair of the House Committee on Financial Services. She also discussed her connection to millennials, women, and progressives who affectionately refer to her as “Auntie Maxine,” the impeachment of Donald Trump, and the path forward for the country.
“Desus & Mero” is the first weekly late-night talk show on Showtime and is hosted by Desus Nice and the Kid Mero. Rep. Waters will appear on episode five of the show’s second season.
