The public health director explained that the decrease in numbers and signs of stabilization are due to the hard work the community did in unity. Although the public health department remains cautious, they also remain hopeful of the community and the continual unity in stopping the spread of coronavirus. These are times to be vigilant in our politics. Black America must continue the economic battles that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. took on at the end of his life.
And no need to say, “I’m not going to get in the mess, because if you were born in America with a Black face, you were born in the mess”.
