It’s one of the most prestigious Black film festivals in America. The annual Pan African Film & Arts Festival (PAFF) highlights the international influence of Black creativity. Since 1992, PAFF’s mission has been to reinforce positive images and help prevent negative stereotypes through the power of film.

Feb. 8-19 The Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) returns February 8-19 celebrating 26 years of great Black films and art at the Cinemark Baldwin Hills Crenshaw 15 Theatre and Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza located at 3650 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. Pan African Film Festival (Feb 9-20)

Feb. 9-20 Festival (PAFF) announces PAFF 25 taking place February 9-20, at the Cinemark Baldwin Hills Crenshaw 15 Theatre located within the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, at 3650 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. PAFF 25 will screen 202 films, 124 of which are feature-length. The seventy-eight short films screened will be in consideration for Academy Awards as PAFF has been approved as an Academy qualifying festival. PAFF 25 will celebrate the work of actress Alfre Woodard with The Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by PAFF Co-Founder Ja’net Dubois during the Opening Night Gala, Thursday February 9th held

Black History Month Celebration Kicks Off At Baldwin Hills Crenshaw

Baldwin Hills Crenshaw’s annual Black History Month celebration is underway, kicking off with the critically acclaimed Pan African Film and Art Festival, which continues through February 15. Special events also include a meet and greet with Grammy award-winning gospel artist Erica Campbell and a Children’s Fest for the whole family to enjoy together.
