Barrett Publishes ‘Choices: Trust, Loyalty, Betrayal, Redemption and Forgiveness’

Church and State Unite to Hold Conference for Formerly Incarcerated

Apostle Ronald C. Hill, Sr. of Love and Unity Christian Fellowship will host the “Life Before & After Prison Conference” for the formerly incarcerated, featuring, among many highlights, the testimony of former mayor and congressman Pastor Walter R. Tucker III of Truth and Love Christian Church. The day and a half conference will be held on the evening of Friday, September 9 at 7:00 p.m. and all day on Saturday, September 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After leading 5 a.m. prayer at Love and Unity Christian Fellowship for more than 34 years, Apostle Ronald C. Hill, Sr., is making changes. Beginning February 2, the prayer service will be held on Tuesday through Friday at 9 a.m., on the church’s campus located at 1840 S. Wilmington Ave., in Compton. Love and Unity Christian Fellowship will offer a variety of worship opportunities this fall. Believers can enjoy the services, led by Apostle Ronald and First Lady Osie Hill, in person or via radio, television or online. Three worship experiences take place on Sundays at 8 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 6:30 p.m, on the Love and Unity campus located at 1840 South Wilmington Avenue in Compton.
