Girl Power Mural Unveiled in Compton

On the International Day of The Girl –  Wed Oct 17th, non-profit Global G.L.O.W. and Compton Unified School district unveiled a floor-to-ceiling mural representing girls of the world.

Compton Man Arrested for Attempted Pimping

A 28-year-old Compton man has been charged with human trafficking, pandering and the attempted pimping of an undercover officer posing as a 17-year-old girl, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office announced recently.
