The Angel City Football Club (ACFC) battled with grit and energy to defeat Racing Louisville FC 3-2. ACFC honored Juneteenth prior and during this match.
The Angel City Football Club battled on defense, coming up with a scoreless draw against their rivals the San Diego Wave FC. The ACFC hit five shots on target but was unable to get the ball in the back of the net.

While competing during their 2023 season, they launched the SOAR Internship Program for female high school students and recent graduates throughout Los Angeles. The internship was conducted in partnership with the shoe company Birdies.
Today, Angel City Football Club (ACFC) announced that the club has exercised their option to extend star forward Sydney Leroux’s contract through December 2024. Leroux joined the club midway through the 2022 NWSL Season via a trade with the Orlando Pride.
