At MOB Beauty, diversity and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the foundation of everything the brand stands for. With a mission to make beauty better, MOB is breaking barriers and setting new standards, proving that beauty is more than skin deep—it’s about empowering everyone to feel seen, celebrated, and confident.
MOB’s commitment to innovation starts in their labs, where collaboration is key. Working alongside makeup artists from around the world, they invite their community to co-create products that meet professional standards while maintaining clean, sustainable, cruelty-free, and vegan requirements. MOB’s dedication to crafting exceptional formulas mirrors their passion for sustainability, with every detail designed to protect the planet and push the industry forward.

Sustainability is at the heart of MOB’s approach. The brand has revolutionized packaging by using refillable, recyclable materials made from 50–100% post-consumer recycled content. In 2021, MOB co-founded the Pact Collective with Credo Beauty to tackle hard-to-recycle beauty packaging. After years of research, MOB launched a biodegradable packaging system in July 2023, setting a new benchmark for eco-conscious beauty.

MOB’s dedication to inclusivity shines through collaborations with trailblazing artists and creators. The most recent are with Zoë and Dana Hill-Robinson on new lipstick colors.
Zoë, a model and dancer who has played a vital role in shaping the brand. Together, they created the M95 Soft Matte Lipstick, a stunning deep amethyst plum shade designed to be the perfect pink nude for those with deeper skin tones.
“Creating my own lipstick with MOB was a dream come true,” says Zoë. “M95 is my pink nude lip, which has always been tricky to find. I think other women in my shade range will love it too! My bundle is perfect for someone on the go—it includes the Blurring Loose Setting Powder to minimize pores, and the M95 lipstick paired with a brown or plum liner is a subtle pop of color that’s chef’s kiss.”
Zoë’s contributions to MOB extend beyond her lipstick. She has advised on shade development and appeared in multiple brand campaigns, underscoring MOB’s commitment to celebrating diverse voices and talents.

MOB’s next standout shade, M153, was created in collaboration with Dana Hill-Robinson, CEO and co-founder of Glowissima. Dana’s vision brought to life an intense, rich brown nude designed to complement a glam look.
“I wanted a shade that pushed me out of my comfort zone—a bold brown nude that pairs perfectly with a smoky eye,” says Dana. Her creation reflects MOB’s ethos of empowering individuals to explore and celebrate their unique beauty.

MOB’s Soft Matte Lipsticks exemplify the brand’s dedication to innovation. The formula combines bio-fermented powder and amino acids for a blurring, velvety finish with rich, one-swipe pigment. Instead of traditional silicones, MOB uses a 100% natural bio-based elastomer gel, while a blend of four plant waxes replaces beeswax for a flexible, creamy texture. Packed with antioxidants, vitamins C and E, and nourishing ingredients like phytosphingosine and bisabolol, these lipsticks deliver vibrant color without drying lips.
MOB is proving that the future of beauty is inclusive, sustainable, and community-driven. Through innovative products, meaningful collaborations, and unwavering commitment to diversity, MOB is redefining the industry—one lipstick, one lab, and one community member at a time.
