Saturday, August 11 from 11am to 3pm, Everytable is celebrating its South LA store’s 2nd anniversary. They will take over a small segment of the block (located at Hoover Boulevard and 23rd Street-1101 West 23rd Street) and set up a bounce house for children, do giveaways including free food and samplings from its partners, Beanfields, KPOP Foods, Barnana, Boxed Water, RxBar and Copra Coconut Water. This event is designed to further celebrate the community in which they serve.
Everytable’s mission is to make nutritious, fresh food affordable and accessible to all. Everytable aims to redefine the food landscape the same way McDonald’s did fifty years ago. But this time, instead of burgers and fries, it is healthy, made-from-scratch food, at fast-food prices.
Their innovative business model drastically reduces the costs of the standard restaurant model. Chefs at their local kitchen turn fresh, wholesome ingredients into delicious meals, which they sell through their small, grab-and-go storefronts; other locations include Baldwin Hills, Century City, DTLA, and Santa Monica.
In addition, this fun-filled day will include the Barnana Yellow Banana Car and the receipt of Everytable swag bags. Every meal you purchase, helps them open more locations across LA, including in food deserts around the city, where they sell their meals for less. Together, we can make the world a healthier and more equitable place.
