Everytable, the mission-driven social enterprise focused on making nutritious meals accessible to all, has teamed up with actor, artist, and lifestyle influencer Keith Manley to launch Keith’s Spicy Shrimp & Noodles—a vibrant fusion of Southern comfort and bold Asian flavors.

This collaboration not only introduces a new, scratch-cooked dish to Everytable’s menu but also extends community support through a contribution to The SoLa Foundation, which empowers South LA residents by providing educational and economic opportunities.

In the wake of the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, Everytable and Manley have distributed approximately 1,500 meals to first responders, wildfire victims, and displaced residents through deliveries, voucher donations, and its ongoing Pay It Forward program, which allows customers to purchase meals for those experiencing hardship.

Keith Manley is an actor, artist, entrepreneur, and community leader known for his appearance on the reality TV series “Married at First Sight.” He is the founder of Gemclass, a daily subscription service focused on personal growth, and Finesse University, a fashion and lifestyle brand. In 2022, he launched the Life Is Just event series, drawing over 1,000 attendees across Los Angeles and North Carolina to celebrate creative and entrepreneurial talent.

Keith’s Spicy Shrimp & Noodles, now available at all 38 Southern California Everytable locations, was inspired by Manley’s lifelong love for Asian noodle dishes and his Southern upbringing. The dish features blackened shrimp paired with a crisp medley of red bell peppers, red cabbage, sweet carrots, celery, and peas — seasoned with garlic, ginger, and tamari soy sauce, tossed with lo mein noodles, and finished with a flavorful ginger-garlic hoisin sauce and sesame seeds.

“At Everytable, we aim to reflect the richness of our community through our meals,” said Sam Polk, CEO and founder of Everytable. “Keith embodies this mission through his commitment to mentorship, cultural exploration, and his passion for community-driven initiatives.”

Keith, who relocated to Los Angeles from Charlotte, North Carolina, shared how his personal experiences influenced this meal.

“When I was in college, I had to get creative with meals on a tight schedule and budget. One of my go-to meals was ramen noodles with shrimp or chicken. This dish is my way of elevating that classic, comforting experience and sharing it with a wider community,” he said.

The Los Angeles wildfires have left thousands in distress, prompting a surge of support from businesses and local leaders. Manley, who was in North Carolina visiting family when the fires erupted, was eager to find a way to contribute upon his return. He immediately reached out to Everytable, which was already actively donating meals to first responders and those affected by the fires.

“As soon as I got back, I wanted to find a way to help,” said Manley. “Everytable was already out in the community, so I teamed up with them to share an online meal code that provided free meals to people impacted by the fires. We’re still working on additional relief efforts to ensure sustained support for those who need it.”

Through its Pay It Forward program, Everytable continues to encourage customers to purchase meals that can be redeemed by those in need. First responders, displaced individuals, and affected community members are welcome to participate in this initiative.

Beyond his work in entertainment, Manley is deeply involved in mentoring at-risk youth, particularly in his hometown of Charlotte and in Los Angeles. His passion for community-building led him to select The SoLa Foundation as the recipient of proceeds from his Everytable collaboration. The foundation, based at The Beehive in South LA, provides young people with access to technology, education, and creative opportunities, including a state-of-the-art media studio and esports training facilities.

“I first discovered The SoLa Foundation while working on an acting project that filmed at The Beehive,” Manley explained. “I was blown away by their commitment to giving kids access to tools and training in media, tech, and entrepreneurship—industries that are shaping the future.”

Keith’s Spicy Shrimp & Noodles is part of Everytable’s ongoing meal collaboration series, which brings together local influencers, community leaders, and chefs to create dishes that reflect diverse cultures and stories. During the holidays, Everytable partnered with My Friend’s Place, an organization supporting unhoused youth in Hollywood, to provide a Thanksgiving meal focused on friendship and togetherness.

In the new year, chef and TV personality Charles Chen will join the series with a meal that celebrates his heritage and supports The Living Through Giving Foundation. Additional partnerships will be announced in the coming months.

Keith’s Spicy Shrimp & Noodles is now available for pick-up, delivery, and dine-in at all Southern California Everytable locations. Prices range between $8.95 and $10.25, depending on the store’s variable pricing model, which adjusts costs based on neighborhood income levels to ensure affordable meals for all.
