Homeowners in the following locations are encouraged to apply:
San Fernando Valley (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena)
Los Angeles (Long Beach, Torrance, Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach)
Santa Clarita (Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus)
Ventura (Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Oxnard)
