The Los Angeles Lakers have re-signed forward Anthony Davis, it was announced today by Vice President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Rob Pelinka. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

Despite the mounting list of recent accolades, the Lakers have had a glaring problem on offense. Los Angeles has shot poorly from both the field and from distance with an inability to seemingly get into any type of offensive rhythm. In fact, the team has shot 40.1 percent from the field and a mere 23.3 percent from deep.

Shortly after, pictures surfaced on the internet of Williams at the Atlanta strip club, Magic City. Rapper, Jack Harlow posted on his Instagram story, a picture with the Clippers guard. After reports came out that he violated health protocols, Williams immediately tweeted, “Ask any of my teammates what my favorite restaurant in Atlanta is. Ain’t nobody partying. Chill out lol. #MaskOn.” According to the Atlanta community, Magic City has some of the best food in the city.
With LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Kyle Kuzma and Dwight Howard all held out of the Lakers’ third and final scrimmage against the Washington Wizards on Monday afternoon, Lakers’ head coach, Frank Vogel opted to give rotation players, newly added team members and the Lakers’ spirited young core extended minutes.
Just one day after celebrating his 25th birthday, Lakers’ forward Kyle Kuzma went off for 25 points on 10-for-13 shooting including sinking five three-pointers in the team’s 119-112 win over the Orlando Magic.
The Clippers star Paul George, dedicated his press conference to shed light on the world, the immediate need for social change. After the scrimmage, George repeatedly shut down any basketball-related questions. “I have no answers for Orlando,” he tells reporters.
