Kirsten Watson Joins Dodger Broadcast Team

The Los Angeles Dodgers today announced the addition of Kirsten Watson to their broadcast team. In her role as a reporter and host, Watson will contribute to the Dodgers’ SportsNet LA game broadcasts and studio programming as well as pre-and postgame coverage on both television and radio.

Dodgers Pay Tribute to Veterans With Week of Activations

The 2020 World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers are celebrating our country’s veterans with a week of activations, including the front office sending Letters of Gratitude and care packages to veterans and active military personnel, participating in a veteran-led Town Hall and renovating the outdoor space at a Veterans Center downtown.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE: MLB Great Bob Gibson Dies at 84

Gibson emerged as a raw, but immensely talented rookie who would not be denied stardom. He became a full-time starting pitcher in July 1961 and earned his first All-Star appearance in 1962. Gibson won two of three games he pitched in the 1964 World Series, then won 20 games in a season for the first time in 1965. Gibson also pitched three complete game victories in the 1967 World Series.
