With Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) having an excess of $200 billion in construction projects in the works, Edison’s goal was to elevate his business to the next level by subcontracting with a prime contractor on a major infrastructure project.
The Water Replenishment District (WRD) has entered into a cooperative agreement with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) to create the Joint Los Angeles Basin Replenishment and Extraction Master Plan (Master Plan).
