Today, the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation (LA County Parks) concluded the first-ever Virtual LA Chargers Sports Drills with an interactive live-stream event with the Los Angeles Chargers.
L.A. Rams Cheerleaders Teach Youth at Virtual Cheer Camp

The Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation partnered with the Los Angeles Rams cheerleaders to host a live stream cheer session for 1,100 youth. The event was part of a week-long Virtual Cheer Camp hosted by the Parks and Rec department.

Local, community, and regional parks will stay open on Sunday, May 10. LA County Parks invites the public to safely enjoy its parks, golf courses, and trails by following guidelines and precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
L.A. Youth Invited to Join Urban Kids Fishing Derby

Los Angeles-area young people can learn all about the sport of fishing at the 2nd Annual Urban Kids Fishing Derby Los Angeles. The free event, hosted by Urban American Outdoors (UAOTV), is set for Saturday, Nov. 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, 4100 S. La Cienega Blvd., in Los Angeles.
