On March 19 and April 2, Congresswoman Waters conducted the first two in a series of 43rd District telephone town hall meetings that included approximately 19,000 and 15,000 local residents, respectively. Mystery Patient Identified, Reunited with Family

An unidentified man who was hospitalized at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center for more than five months after being picked up by paramedics in South Los Angeles has been reunited with his family, thanks to media and public response to the Department of Health Services’ plea for help in identifying the patient.
