Mothers In Action gave toys and gift cards to more than 450 young people in South L.A. through its Angel Tree Christmas Project. Also, three daycare facilities, several families and 100 homeless individuals received a range of much-needed supplies.
Mothers In Action and Ward Economic Development Corporation distributed 1,000 meals with all the trimmings to L.A. seniors and the sick and shut-in residents during the 26th Annual Thanksgiving Day Senior Feed.
