Steelers safety Donnie Shell enters Hall of Fame

Donnie Shell has been compared to a member of a great band from which many other artists already had received top accolades. But to keep up with the others in that group, Shell needed to be just as accomplished. And now he has been recognized for his skills, being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as part of the centennial class.

Eulogy for Janet Sparrow

Janet Cruz Sparrow passed away after a long battle with a brain tumor on Saturday, June 5, 2021. Janet Sparrow was born on May 4, 1934 to Eulogio and Inez Cruz. Along with her beloved brother, Emilio, she was born and raised in Los Angeles and she always said she never wanted to live anywhere else. Janet loved Los Angeles and all the opportunities the city had to offer.
