The Madison Group, a bipartisan, bicameral, and bicoastal government relations firm, is pleased to welcome Tiffany Harris, Esq. as director of Government Relations. Harris brings legislative policy and judiciary expertise to the Madison Group. Harris joins the firm after most recently serving the office of Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), where she managed Judiciary Committee issues that included immigration, criminal justice reform, voting rights, civil rights, and judicial nominations. She also worked on a myriad of technology and telecommunications issues while managing a health policy portfolio specific to COVID-19’s impact on minority communities. While on Capitol Hill, Tiffany was an active member of the Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus, including serving as a member of the Taskforce on Racial Injustice and Reform. Before migrating to the Hill, Tiffany worked as a Federal Relations Counsel with the American Association for Justice. She also worked for several years as a prosecutor in Nassau County, New York, under District Attorney Kathleen Rice, now Congresswoman Rice (D-NY-4). Harris attended undergrad at Howard University and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. She is a licensed attorney and native Chicagoan. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
