THE SEVEN MAIDS FROM STOCKBRIDGE is a story of seven women who started the movement of integration into the hotel industry. They have returned to be honored at the same hotel…bringing up many memories from the past…some happy, some sad.
Filled with excitement, compassion, and historical facts, this poignant drama will enlighten you, make you laugh, cry and appreciate the many nameless heroines that made a difference during some of the most challenging times in American history…a story with much integrity!
Sweet Baby J’ai, Executive Creative Director at The Educational Theatre Institute, said: Building on the success of the last five productions in conjunction with GIVING BACK CORPORATION, we are thrilled to continue our community outreach to churches, sororities, fraternities, service centers and the larger general public with this outstanding performance of THE SEVEN MAIDS FROM STOCKBRIDGE!
