The members of Curry Temple C.M.E. Church will salute their pastor, the Rev. Willie L. McDaniel, on his second anniversary as their spiritual leader.

The tribute begins on Friday, June 26, at 7:30 p.m., in the edifice located at 322 West Rosecrans Avenue in Compton. The guests will be Pastor Adam Stevenson and Warren Chapel of C.M.E. Church. Also, the choirs from Crossroads United Methodist Church and First United Methodist Church of Compton will perform.

On Sunday, June 28, at 3 p.m., the celebration will conclude with Bishop Raymond A. McKinley and Golden West Baptist Church along with the Occidental Inspirational Voices of Los Angeles.


Ministers Annie Griffin and Lillian Sapp, program coordinators, said, “We are anticipating a glorious time in the Lord and invite the community to join us as we honor our pastor.”
