UCLA finally won another game Saturday by beating Oregon State (38-24). The Bruins are now 4-6 overall and 2-5 in Pac-12 play.
Odell Beckham, Jr and QB Eli Manning have the New York Giants on four straight wins and should make some noise in the playoffs.

What a 31-24 thriller between the Seattle Seahawks’ Russell Wilson and Tom Brady’s New England Patriots was the game of the week or maybe of the 2017 season thus far? Wilson and Brady are two of the best quarterbacks in all of pro football. They are the leaders of their respective divisions. Right now Wilson and Brady are the talk of the NFL. This was Dallas’ eighth win in a row. The Cowboys’ great rookie duo was at the top of their game with running back Ezekiel Elliott collecting 83-yards a TD. Elliott is the third rookie to rush for 1,000 yards in his first three games. Others backs who did this are Eric Dickerson and Adrian Peterson, QB Dak Prescott has 14 TDs with only two interceptions and a 8-1 report card. Elliott declared; “We know what we’ve capable of. We have unbelievable confidence in each other.” Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Even the great LeBron James of the NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers couldn’t help Hillary win his own home state of Ohio. Hillary Clinton didn’t win her former home state of Arkansas she was Gov. Bill Clinton’s First Lady in Arkansas and in the White House et al. Nor did the support of Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Lopez, Dwayne Wade and his wife, Gabrielle Union, a fabulous entertainer and a number of other famous people. Hillary Clinton didn’t even beat loudmouth President-Elect Donald Trump in a historic election in which a woman ran. Only one other time did a woman run in a Presidential Election. No doubt Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is grateful for their money and support even in defeat.
Rookie of the Year Honors went to the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Shortstop Corey Seager as the 17th winner of the award which is named in honor of Jackie Robinson who broke the color line in major league baseball with the then Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947.

It’s Fight On for the USC Trojans vs. the Fighting Irish from Notre Dame of South Bend, Indiana, Saturday at the L.A. Coliseum. The Trojans dumped the Irish in one of the biggest upsets ever.
The Trojans whipped the Washington Huskies, 26-13. USC great Lynn Swann, the school’s new Director, President Max Nikias and players QB Sam Darnold, Rasheem Green, Keyshawn Young, Adoree Jackson, Ronald Jones II, Michael Hutchings, Darreus Rogers, Uchenna Nwosu, Daniel Imatorbhebhe, Jack Jones, Porter Gustin, Chris Hawkins, Head Coach Clay Helton, and his defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast, et al were some happy campers about a Trojan win. For the record USC rushed for 400-yards to only 276 for the Huskies’ QB Jake Browning passed for 259-yards, one TD and two interceptions. And the beat continues!
