(LOS ANGELES) – Speak UP Empowerment Foundation is pleased to announce the 4th Annual ‘Ms Single Mom Empowerment Forum’ returns to Southern California on April 13, 2019 in collaboration with Sullivan International and Long Beach Community Improvement League. The free event, designed to empower the success of So Cal single moms, takes place at the Long Beach Marriott Grand Ballroom (4700 Airport Plaza Drive, Long Beach, CA 90815) from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Attendees can register for FREE by visiting speakupempowermentfoundation.org – and registration by April 4th will guarantee the attendees’ meal service.
‘Ms. Single Mom Empowerment Forum’ is a fun-filled day of information, resources and education designed specifically for single mothers striving to create a bright future for themselves and their families. The event will feature expert speakers, mentor matching opportunities, local vendors, free childcare, gift bags, a pampering center and presentation of the 2019 Community Empowerment Leader Awards. Continental breakfast will be provided at 9:45 a.m. and the program is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. The program’s morning panel of expert speakers will focus on Family and Social Concerns followed by lunch; and beginning at 12:30 p.m. the afternoon panel will emphasize the steps of Business Development and Financial Literacy.

The informative panels will highlight topics such as entrepreneurship, homeownership, financial literacy and higher education, mental health, and domestic violence.
