4th Annual ‘Ms. Single Mom Empowerment Forum’ Returns to Long Beach Marriott on April 13

(LOS ANGELES) – Speak UP Empowerment Foundation is pleased to announce the 4th Annual ‘Ms Single Mom Empowerment Forum’ returns to Southern California on April 13, 2019 in collaboration with Sullivan International and Long Beach Community Improvement League. The free event, designed to empower the success of So Cal single moms, takes place at the Long Beach Marriott Grand Ballroom (4700 Airport Plaza Drive, Long Beach, CA 90815) from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Attendees can register for FREE by visiting – and registration by April 4th will guarantee the attendees’ meal service.

‘Ms. Single Mom Empowerment Forum’ is a fun-filled day of information, resources and education designed specifically for single mothers striving to create a bright future for themselves and their families. The event will feature expert speakers, mentor matching opportunities, local vendors, free childcare, gift bags, a pampering center and presentation of the 2019 Community Empowerment Leader Awards. Continental breakfast will be provided at 9:45 a.m. and the program is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. The program’s morning panel of expert speakers will focus on Family and Social Concerns followed by lunch; and beginning at 12:30 p.m. the afternoon panel will emphasize the steps of Business Development and Financial Literacy.

Speak UP Empowerment Foundation, Inc. Founder and Author, Robbie N. Butler shared, “We are diligently moving forward to make this remarkable community celebration the best and expect to service more than 200 women. Our program format will continue to offer a wonderful day filled with encouragement, enlightenment and empowerment for all in attendance.”

The informative panels will highlight topics such as entrepreneurship, homeownership, financial literacy and higher education, mental health, and domestic violence. The robust panel of expert speakers includes Vivian Malauulu, Trustee of LBCC, Melissa Guy of Asset Media Group, Crystal Mozell of Champions for Progress, Kim Morrow of Urban Philanthropy, Kelli Dillon of Positive Results Corp., Melissa Dumas of U Help You and Valencia Marlowe of Marlowe Realty.
