MJ fans pressure D.A. and defend Jackson’s honor

As we approach the one-year anniversary of the death of Michael Joseph Jackson loyal fans around the world anxiously await answers. Michael’s glowing influence on his global fans has not waned in the least. This article is dedicated to voicing their concerns. To that end, Alma Jerlagic from Vienna, Austria, has compiled a partial but extensive list of questions directed at Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley on behalf of the group “Michael Jackson Global Fans Unite.”
Austrian Anger: “What happened to the CCTV [Closed Circuit Television] tapes from the house on that fateful night? Is there any security video of the underground parking area of the mansion for the night of the murder? Why was Tohme Tohme at the hospital press conference and following Michael’s body to the MedEvac helicopter if he had been fired months earlier? Why did Tohme fire the staff that day if he was supposed to be fired himself? What was Tohme having Michael sign outside in the dark of night, as witnessed by fans? What happened to the missing money and jewelry that should have been in the house? What happened to the significant documents like unreleased songs, contracts, and general paperwork that Michael surely kept in his safe? Who had access to it and may have removed it? Who has it now?
“Who was in the house the night of the murder and the following morning? Why was all the staff made to leave the house after MJ was taken away in the ambulance? Why wasn’t the house sealed off as a crime scene right away when there were oxygen tanks and IV poles in the bedroom with a non-responsive person? What happened to the video of Michael saying he was mad about the 50 shows and why has it never been mentioned? Why wasn’t Michael taken to a hospital the night he called nurse Cherilyn Lee and told her one half of his body was hot and one half of his body was cold. Why wasn’t Michael taken to the hospital on the night of his death if he wasn’t feeling well as Frank Dileo reported to Marlon Jackson? Why would Murray have been going to MJ’s house for weeks if he didn’t have a signed contract?
“What was the time of death and why wasn’t it included on the coroner’s report? What were the results of toxicology tests done on Michael hair? Why does the coroner’s report say Michael weighed 136 lbs. at the time of his death when he was thinner then the 120 lbs. he weighed during the trial? Why is it being reported that Michael had unhealed bedsores when that fact wasn’t mentioned in the coroner’s report? Why is there only a will from 2002 when the executors and some witnesses were fired in 2003? (Michael would NOT have kept that will in place with people he didn’t trust.) Why was the diet drug ephedrine found in Michael’s body and in his room? Michael himself said he needed to gain weight for the tour. He wouldn’t have knowingly taken a diet drug. Finally, will there be other arrests?” Fans closely monitoring court appearances of Dr. Conrad Murray believe that an actual trial date is some two years away.
The King of Pop No Pedophile!: Speaking for countless other fans in Germany and beyond, Heike Struwe wrote the following message dated May 24, 2010: “Dear Mr. Carr, I’m writing to you because I hope you can help us, the fans of Michael Jackson. Maybe you already heard about a book called Michael Jackson’s Dangerous Liaisons by Carl Toms. After some research in a German forum, we found out that the name “Carl Toms” is only a pseudonym for the author whose real name is Tom O’Carroll. This person is a convicted pedophile who has been arrested for the distribution of child pornography. In this newly published book, he calls for the acceptance of child/adult relations and thus for the acceptance of pedophilia. This is for itself alarming! But Mr. O’Carroll also uses the name of Michael Jackson to achieve his aim. He represents him as a poster boy for pedophile rights without taking into account that Michael was innocent and was found not guilty on any of the charges he had been accused with.
“Michael Jackson was the gentlest man in the world and he never harmed a child. It is more than disgusting that someone uses his name to sell this disgusting book. We cannot let this happen! Michael Jackson cannot defend himself anymore against this slander so we must do this! Please could you help us with it? Do you think one could stop this book? Could you inform the estate (John Branca and John McClain) and the Jackson family so that they could take legal actions against the author (if they find it necessary)?”
Indeed, fans charge that Thomas O’Carroll “was arrested and charged with distributing child pornography in 1981 and again in 2006. O’Carroll is also a well known activist and advocate for the promotion and acceptance of pedophilia.” They charge that he “is a former chairman of the now defunct Pedophile Information Exchange (PIE) and was at one time a prominent member of IPCE, formerly known as the International Paedophile and Child Emancipation. The goal of O’Carroll and all those connected via the pedophile networks is to normalize pedophilia in the media and thus the public arena as part of a wider, more insidious pro-pedophile agenda.”
Michael’s favorite Bible version says: “You must not bring the hire of a harlot or the price of a dog into the house of Jehovah your God for any vow, because they are something detestable to Jehovah your God, even both of them. (De 23:18, New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures-With References) A footnote for the word “dog” in this text reads: “Likely a pederast; one who practices anal intercourse, especially with a boy.” The mere thought of such an unmentionable act was loathsome to Michael.
While the Gloved One has millions of fans in his hands he is powerless to defend himself. These fans proudly hoist the mantle of his defense and rest it squarely on their shoulders.
