Watts Healthcare has been around for over 50 years providing healthcare to the surrounding community. As a proud sponsor of Taste of Soul (TOS), they have offered free, life-changing services at the festival to attendees. This year will be no different as Watts Healthcare continues to put people’s health first.
“Watts Healthcare Corporation has participated in the Taste of Soul for the past 8 years and has been a proud sponsor of the Taste of Soul for the past 6 years,” said Bryant Crook Sr., Community Health Promoter. “In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Watts Healthcare has provided FREE Mammograms to all women at the TOS on our Mobile Mammography unit where we are located on Crenshaw and Coliseum.”

Watts Healthcare looks forward to providing free mammograms in acknowledgment of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During the month of October, they have a host of activities scheduled which includes providing free gift bags and information on breast cancer to all women who receive a mammogram.
“Watts Healthcare Corporation is passionate about Breast Cancer Awareness Month,” said Crook. “We feel every month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month because we care about the women of our community.”
He continued, “Since October is designated as Breast Cancer Awareness for the purpose of sharing information and promoting awareness of breast cancer to women and men.
“We perform mammograms 4 days a week and provided information to everyone who walks through our doors for that reason.”
Watts Healthcare will also be raffling off a customer designed Breast Cancer Quit tickets at $5.00 and the proceeds will go to continue the fight against Breast Cancer. This year, they will host a Breast Cancer Survivor Hospitality tent in partnership with Centinela Hospital at the Taste of Soul.
