Greater New Canaan Sponsors Mid-Summer Music Festival

Talented gospel artists will grace the stage at the Mid-Summer Music Festival on Saturday, August 7, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Greater New Canaan Church of God, 5835 Brentwood St., in Los Angeles. The free event will feature vendors, entertainment and a kids zone. Dewayne Williams will serve as the first emcee, introducing performances by Madeline Mosley, BZY and Medina Lester at noon. The Spirit of the Lord enveloped 39th St. and Crenshaw Blvd. at the Brenda Marsh-Mitchell Gospel Stage as vocalists and choirs rocked the corner with powerful, inspirational music. Thousands crowded the area to praise God with singing, clapping, shouting and holy dancing while listening regional and national artists lift up the name of Jesus through multiple formats.
