
The Ladylike Foundation, led by its visionary founder Leah Pump, celebrated a monumental milestone on March 29, with the grand opening of its brand-new headquarters located at 4715 Crenshaw Blvd., in the heart of South Los Angeles.
The event, which brought together community leaders, elected officials, supporters, and local dignitaries, marked a powerful new chapter for the faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering and inspiring young women in underserved communities.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony with Leah Pump joined by her husband and fellow philanthropist, Dana Pump, alongside key community stakeholders, to officially open the doors of the state-of-the-art facility. Guests were treated to an uplifting program emceed by former Lakers star and philanthropist John Salley, and enjoyed live music from a DJ, gourmet food, and exclusive tours of the new headquarters.

Founded on the principles of faith, education, and empowerment, the Ladylike Foundation has become a beacon of hope for countless young women across Los Angeles. With the opening of its new permanent home, the organization is poised to expand its reach and deepen its impact through transformative mentorship programs, leadership development, educational workshops, and more.
“This moment is a testament to the greatness and glory of God,” said Leah Pump in her heartfelt remarks. “It is only by His grace that we now have this permanent home for our girls — a sacred space where they can grow, thrive, and be reminded every day that they are loved, valued, and destined for greatness.”
During the celebration, Leah was presented with official commendations recognizing her work and vision. Kimberly Valentine, representing Councilmember Heather Hutt’s office, honored Leah with a certificate of recognition from the City of Los Angeles. In addition, Naomi Riley delivered a special commendation on behalf of Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, celebrating Leah’s dedication to uplifting the next generation.
