Rams Beat Chargers, 29-22 in Preseason Opener

Before an estimated crowd of 90,000, the defending Super Bowl Champions Los Angeles Rams returned to SoFi Stadium Saturday night, defeating their cross-town rivals, the Los Angeles Chargers, 29-22 in its preseason opener. Rams quarterback Bryce Perkins and undrafted rookie receiver Lance McCutcheon were game standouts as the Rams prepare for first-round cuts on Tuesday.

Sofi Stadium to Host Trailblazing Skateboarding Competition

Premier Skateboard Association (PSA) will kick off its inaugural season at Sofi Stadium on July 9. The PSA is an “athlete’s first” organization presenting a competition where skateboarders will compete one-on-one. Each competitor will perform on three different obstacles for three minutes each.

On February 11th, Lowe’s Home Team Player and Los Angeles Rams wide receiver, Robert Woods, joined Rebuilding Together Of The City of Angels and Lowe’s, the Official Home Improvement Sponsor of the NFL, to provide essential repairs for 16 homes in Los Angeles neighborhoods including View Park as part of Kickoff to Rebuild. 

NFL Plants Trees in Watts to Celebrate Super Bowl LVI

The NFL and the Los Angeles Super Bowl Committee continue to improve the environment by teaming up with TreePeople and Verizon to plant over 25 trees in Watts. Dozens of volunteers planted Lemon Bottlebrush trees along Hickory Street between east 105th and 107 streets.

L.A. Chargers Snuff Out Late Steelers Rally

The Pittsburg Steelers ardently battled the Los Angeles Chargers late, scoring 27 points in the fourth quarter. Yet, the Bolts was prepared and poised, staying in the game to secure a 41-37 victory.
