HBCU Culture Fest Celebrates Historically Black Colleges and Universities

Councilwoman Heather Hutt (CD 10), in collaboration with HBCU Curate, will sponsor the second annual HBCU Culture Fest on Friday, September 15, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Michelle and Barack Obama Sports Complex, 5001 Obama Blvd., in Los Angeles.
