A homegoing service celebrating the life of Angela Y. Howard will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m., at Angelus Funeral Home, 3875 S. Crenshaw Blvd., in Los Angeles.

Angela Howard, an incredibly talented graphic designer, production manager and circulation coordinator for the L.A. Sentinel, unexpectantly passed away on Sunday, Dec. 31. She was 58 years old.

Conner Uses Artistic Talents to Create Innovative Biblical Graphics
Artwork by Jerrell Conner will immediately capture your attention. The multi-talented visual designer uses an outside-the-box approach of edgy graphics to produce spectacular biblical content. Conner, a member of Crenshaw Christian Center (CCC) in Los Angeles, has plied his trade for nearly 20 years as an illustrator, animator, videographer and comic book creator.
