CDC Eases Guidance, Says Vaccinated People Can Travel Safely Within US

Southland residents anxious to travel got some good news from federal health authorities, who issued new guidance stating that people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can safely travel domestically. “You do not need to get tested or self-quarantine if you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past three months,” U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials said Friday. “You should still follow all other travel recommendations.”
