On Tuesday, May 3, Congressional Black Caucus Chairwoman Joyce Beatty and members of the Congressional Black Caucus issued the following statement on the draft majority opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case that eliminates the constitutional right to abortion established nearly 50 years ago in Roe v. Wade:
There are many who would have you believe that Jesus Christ is a myth. Don’t believe them! There is overwhelming and insurmountable Biblical evidence that there is the Son of God and the Father, who has a Divine Son (The Son of God) who was sent from the Father and sent by the Father to save people from their multiple wrongdoings and come to heaven and live with Jesus!
When the Congress no longer works under the Constitution that created it, then we have “deconstructed democracy” in favor of autocracy.
