Bishop Frank Stewart of Zoe Christian Fellowship of Los Angeles will host a roundtable discussion and the release of his new book, “Together We Stand Stronger.”
The event takes place on Saturday, July 6, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., in the edifice at 2521 S. West View St., in Los Angeles.
In the book, Stewart tackles the Willie Lynch Syndrome that has plagued Black people for too long and offers solutions needed for permanent change.
“The time has come and is well past due for African Americans, Black people, to unite their God-given talents, banks and resources. We must rid ourselves of the spirit of distrust caused by centuries of mental conditioning,” said the bishop.
The public is invited to attend. For more information, call (323) 931-1477, ext. 3.
