New Frontier Democratic Club (NFDC) will hold its 63rd Annual Installation and Awards Luncheon on Sunday, March 5, at 3 p.m., at the Proud Bird Banquet Hall, 11022 Aviation Blvd., in Los Angeles.
With the theme of “Continuing The Legacy of Black Political Power,” NFDC will salute leading African American politicians and executives on the state and local levels.

The honorees include California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, L.A. Mayor Karen Bass, Assemblymember Isaac Bryan, L.A. Councilmember Heather Hutt and L.A. County Federation of Labor President Yvonne Wheeler. Niele Anderson, Sentinel and Fox Soul News correspondent, will be the emcee and Judge Holly Hancock will install the NFDC officers.
