Mike Davis inducted to USC’s Phi Kappa Phi honor society

Commissioner Mike Davis, President Pro Tem of the Los Angeles Board of Public Works, is a member of the inaugural Doctorate Degree Program in Organizational Leadership at the University of Southern California, held at the recent graduation commencement ceremonies. His dissertation research is: Achieving Diversity on Local Publicly Funded Construction Projects in California: Knowledge, Motivation and Organization Factors Influencing Prime Contractors in the Selection of Minority Subcontractors. Commissioner Davis was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, USC’s oldest honor society recognizing the top ten percent of scholars across all disciplines at the University.
